Unresolved disputes shall be submitted to and finally decided by arbitration under the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (the “Rules”).

Your agreement to arbitrate does not preclude any court from issuing temporary relief, including preliminary injunctions, or ordering interim or conservatory measures. This provisional remedy, interim or conservatory measure request does not constitute a waiver of the agreement to arbitrate.
